License Agreements

Your license to use the Fitwise platform and services.

Fitwise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our web and mobile applications for your own coaching or training purposes. This license is personal to your account and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside your organization without our written consent.

Third-party licenses, open-source components, and attributions.

Fitwise is built in part on open-source software, including libraries used for data visualization, animation, and on-device analytics. Each component remains subject to its original license terms. A full list of third-party licenses and attributions is available on request from our engineering team.

Restrictions, termination, and intellectual property rights.

All trademarks, models, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Fitwise. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying training models from the platform. We may suspend or terminate your license if these terms are breached, or if your subscription lapses.
