We group cookies into four categories, matching the choices in our cookie preferences panel. Functionality cookies remember your language, theme, and layout choices for up to 12 months. Ad Storage cookies support relevant marketing and expire after 90 days. Analytics Storage cookies help us understand how coaches and athletes use Fitwise, retained for up to 14 months. Security Storage cookies protect your session and sign-in state and cannot be disabled, as they are required for the service to function.

Withdrawing consent for functionality, advertising, or analytics cookies will not affect the core operation of your Fitwise account, though some personalization features may reset.
