➔ Design and develop advanced player tracking pipelines based on sports video footage
(e.g. football broadcasts)
➔ Work with detection, identity / jersey number recognition, and trajectory
reconstruction to reliably track multiple players over time
➔ Collaborate closely with our teams working on detection, recognition, calibration,
and 3D motion
➔ Improve tracking robustness in occlusions, crowd scenes, appearance changes,
jersey overlaps
➔ Bring tracking solutions to the production level — ensure stability, robustness, and
consistent performance across diverse environments and video sources
➔ Optimize accuracy, stability, and scalability for production usage
➔ Contribute to model evaluation and dataset strategy
➔ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision / Machine Learning, including
multi-object tracking
➔ Strong understanding of efficient tracking + re-identification pipelines (e.g. SORT /
DeepSORT / ByteTrack / OC-SORT or similar)
➔ Proven experience in bringing CV tracking solutions to production
➔ Proficiency in Python for production-quality CV/ML code
➔ Experience with PyTorch and OpenCV
➔ Experience working with sports or human-centric video data
➔ Solid mathematical and algorithmic background
➔ Working proficiency in English
➔ Experience with player identification / jersey number recognition
➔ Familiarity with 2D→3D motion reconstruction or camera calibration
➔ Experience with large-scale dataset curation and model evaluation
➔ C++ experience for performance-critical modules
➔ Previous work in sports analytics / broadcast computer vision
